Purpose, understanding, and care in every journey
I’m Christina Campo, founder of JourneyBerry. I provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM consulting, with hands-on support to help marketing teams understand their tools, connect their processes, and build purposeful customer journeys.
My goal is for you to understand your marketing tools and how they work together so you can sit at any table, know your product, and contribute with confidence.
That belief shapes how I work.
Every journey belongs to a person.
The name JourneyBerry connects two ideas: the individual journey of each person we reach and the fruit that thoughtful engagement can bring.
A prospect or customer enters your business with their own experiences, needs, and expectations. Every interaction becomes part of their journey with you.
I believe understanding that person helps us build more meaningful communication. When we serve people well along their path, our work can bear fruit for them and for the purpose of the business.
Begin with why.
Before I recommend a solution or start building, I need to understand the goal.
Why are we doing this? What needs to improve? Who will benefit? How will we know the work helped?
When the purpose is unclear, I will pause, ask questions, and push back when needed. I take that responsibility seriously because your time, budget, and energy matter.
A clear purpose gives us a way to make decisions and keeps the work connected to the outcome we want.
Understanding is part of the deliverable.
I want you to know how your marketing tools work together: where your data comes from, what moves someone into a journey, what triggers a message, and what your results are telling you.
That understanding matters when you are speaking with leadership, working with IT, evaluating a recommendation, or deciding what to do next.
My role is to help you ask informed questions, recognize your options, and explain your needs with confidence. The conversations and explanations are an essential part of the work.
Listen before solving.
I began my career at 19 as a phlebotomist and lab technician. Working directly with patients and providers taught me how closely systems, processes, and human experiences are connected.
My career later took me into global call center management, international problem-solving sessions, and customer engagement. I learned to listen through frustration, ask better questions, and understand the situation before recommending a change.
Today, I bring that approach to consulting. I want to hear how the work happens, where people get stuck, and what they wish worked differently.
Those conversations often reveal what the system alone cannot tell us.
Follow the evidence. Respect the details.
I’m analytical and naturally drawn to the places where something does not quite line up.
I want to understand how data enters a system, how it moves, and whether it supports the decisions being made. I look for the cause of a problem and the evidence behind a recommendation.
The details matter because they affect real people: who receives a message, whether their preferences are honored, and whether a team can trust its results.
Simplify with purpose.
Clean data paths and clear processes bring me real satisfaction.
I look for unnecessary clicks, repeated work, confusing handoffs, and opportunities for useful automation. My consulting often includes hands-on work to help put those improvements into practice.
The goal is a process that makes sense, serves its purpose, and is easier for your team to manage.
Bring care and calm to the work.
I want clients to feel comfortable asking questions, acknowledging uncertainty, and telling me when something has gone wrong.
You can expect me to listen, investigate, explain what I find, and be honest about what still needs to be understood.
